PUMPKIN FUN!

Our pumpkin for the Taylors Creek Pumpkin Contest was a South Carolina Sea Creature from the AMERICAN CHILLER'S South Carolina Sea Creatures.  Our class enjoyed the book and the adventures of the children feeding the sea creatures waffles to make them explode!

ACTIVITY;
Write a declarative sentence about our sea creature.

JERSEY DAY

Students with good behavior were rewarded with Jersey Day.  The students in this picture chose to wear a jersey to school on Jersey Day, August 30th.

We have learned that pronouns take the place of  nouns ( person, place, thing, or idea).  Write a sentence using a pronoun instead of a person.
Example:  She went to the store.

CAREER DAY

Students with good behavior in February earned a CAREER DAY to dress as what they want to be when they grow up.  It was a lot of fun!
